Q102’s Buster Champions Autism Acceptance Month with Fundraising Campaign and Community Event Benefiting Children’s Specialized Hospital
Philadelphia, PA – April 16, 2026 –iHeartMedia Philadelphia’s Q102, Philly’s #1 Hit Music Station, announced that its on-air personality Buster will lead a powerful community effort to support children and families impacted by autism through a special fundraising and awareness campaign benefiting Children’s Specialized Hospital (CSH) Foundation’s Autism Acceptance Campaign.
Throughout April, Autism Acceptance Month, Q102’s Buster is raising critical funds to support the hospital’s programs and services, which provide life-changing care, early intervention and support for children across New Jersey. In addition, Buster will spotlight inspiring stories by interviewing patients, families and healthcare professionals to raise awareness and deepen the understanding of autism.
A Community Call to Action
Buster’s campaign highlights the urgent need for early intervention services. With growing waiting lists across the country, many children are missing critical developmental windows when therapy and support can have the greatest impact.
“It’s my honor and pleasure to partner with CSH Foundation on a cause that means so much to me and my family,” said Q102’s Buster. “Early intervention with kiddos that might be on the spectrum is one of the smartest moves we can make as a parent. To help clear the waiting list for these kids, we need resources and that’s exactly where these donations are going!”
Special Event: Autism Acceptance Community Day
To bring the community together, Buster will host a free public event:
Saturday, April 25
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Gerhard’s Appliances Showroom 290 N Keswick Ave., Glenside, PA 19038.
